Camera Setup
- Placement: behind the golfer, offset a few feet to one side of the target line — not directly behind. This keeps the ball moving across the frame instead of straight away from the camera, which is what makes it trackable at all.
- Best accuracy: record with your phone's native slow-motion mode (120–240fps), then load the clip here with Video. Live Camera capture works but browsers cap frame rate well below what's needed for reliable ball tracking.
- Avoid ultra-wide/fisheye lenses — use the standard lens.
- Prop the phone on something still. A moving camera confuses the tracker.
- Make sure your whole body is visible for a moment at address (for calibration), and the ball is clearly visible against the grass.
